About the Instructors

Anne Yantus is the Clinical Director at U of D Mercy Law School. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Defender at the State Appellate Defender Office, specializing in sentencing issues and plea appeals.

Bill Vailliencourt is the Livingston County Prosecutor. He has served at the prosecutor's office for over 20 years and has been head prosecutor since 2013.
